Once you are done with hunting or harvesting your winter meat, one of the best methods of preservation is smoking and curing the meat.
Learn in one day how to construct and get hands-on building experience with making a smokehouse.
This basic design will allow you to naturally flavor and preserve meats and fish that you catch or raise, and to preserve your harvest all year round in your own backyard!
Students will go home with a basic blueprint, supply list and instructions to make your own, after getting hands-on experience building one from scratch!
